Billy Joel didn't just ‘turn the lights back on’ with his first new pop song in decades.
He accompanied it with a groundbreaking music video –

It uses artificial intelligence to show us billy joel over the many decades of his career, playing this brand-new song.
He described seeing the video as an “out of body experience.”
I did the, uh this, the recording the video and uh when I saw it, it was kind of an out of body experience. Uh I saw myself, you know, going through time and it was, it was very moving.
Billy released the single 'Turn the lights back on' in February.
It's his first single in 17 years.
